Vernon Studio Event Space Rental

I have had WAY too many enquiries to not try and make this an opportunity for my community.

Something Vernon is lacking is beautiful, open, available, modern, medium sized rental options. There seems to be either huge aged halls, or small offices. I know there are a ton of people in my community looking for spaces to host their events and meetings, but there is nothing quite like what I am offering.

Welcome to 1,496 square feet of open-concept private studio space, in the heart of Vernon, BC, with a maximum capacity of 51 people. My studio is designed to be a blank canvas for your vision. With natural light, privacy film, hardwood floors, and a clean, modern aesthetic, the space easily transforms for meetings, workshops, community circles, or creative events. Located one block from downtown, the studio is wheelchair accessible and includes a private washroom plus a large utility sink, ideal for art-based activities or hands-on classes. I would be happy to re-arrange the movable furniture in the space as needed per event.

Rental Packages

Standard Meeting Rate	$65/hr (2-hour minimum) + 5% tx
Half-Day Rental	$260 (up to 4 hrs) + 5% tx
Full-Day Rental	$480 (up to 8 hrs) + 5% tx
Premium/Corporate Rate	$85/hr (inc. 2 tables, 15 chairs, coffee + tea station and projector) + 5% tx

Avoid the hassle of also needing to arrange rentals to bring to the rental space, by taking advantage of what the studio already has to offer, including a high quality projector which can be used on the white back wall.

Sturdy Padded Chairs	(up to 41 available) $2.50 each/day

Use professional images for social media, marketing, or future promotions. Provide participants with a visual memory of their experience. Elevate your event with a polished, professional finish. I haven't been able to find any other venue's that offer photography/video coverage of your event along with your rental, so this is the only one-stop-shop like this in the area.

Mini Event Coverage (up to 2 hrs + 20 edits): $350 + 5% tx

Perfect for short meetings, intimate circles, or workshops where you just want key moments documented.

Half-Day Coverage (up to 4 hrs + 40 edits): $650 + 5% tx

Ideal for retreats, extended workshops, or business events that deserve more comprehensive storytelling.

Full-Day Coverage (up to 8 hrs + 80 edits): $1,100 + 5% tx
