You deserve to feel seen, not just photographed.
You deserve to take up space in a way that feels powerful, tender, and deeply true.
I didn’t choose this work, it chose me.
By the time I was 20, I had already lost so many people I loved; too many. I clung to their photographs like lifelines, memorizing the curves of their smiles, Those images were all I had left, and they became sacred to me because I never wanted to forget them.
It’s why every shoot begins with at least one portrait of you looking directly at the camera. There's connection there.
It’s why I believe photographs are more than art. They’re legacy.
Before I was a photographer, I worked five years in end-of-life care. I saw what mattered in the end: love, connection, and memories. I carried that truth with me when I made photography my full-time path in 2014.
Over the past decade, I’ve found something else: a fire.
A fierce devotion to helping women reclaim themselves through the lens. To help them see the way the world sees them, radiant, worthy, and full of power.
This isn’t just my job. This is my purpose.
This is why I created Photography Therapy, to hold space for healing, confidence, and transformation through imagery that feels like truth.
It's why I’ve spent years refining not just my craft, but the way I hold space for people, especially women, to be seen in their realness. Which is why I won't edit your body to be anything that it isn't. You are gorgeous as is.
I’ve had the honour of being voted Kelowna’s Best Photographer six times, and while I’m proud of the recognition, what means the most to me are the words of my clients. The women who walk away saying, “I’ve never seen myself like that before.”
If something in these pages has called to you, that’s not an accident.
You’re here because you’re ready.
And I’d be honoured to witness your story.
Let’s make something unforgettable together.

I don’t just want women to feel beautiful, I want them to feel unshakeable. This business isn't a brand. It's my life's work. It's everything I've fought through and risen from.
