2026 Goddess Retreat

There’s a moment that happens every year at the Goddess Retreat that’s hard to explain until you’ve witnessed it.

It’s not loud. It’s not dramatic. It’s usually quiet.

It’s the moment when a woman realizes she doesn’t need to perform or shrink to belong.

The 2026 Goddess Retreat is built around that moment.

Held in the grounding, restorative beauty of Princeton, B.C. this retreat is intentionally designed as a pause from the noise of everyday life. Lakeside, mountain air, cozy shared spaces, and intentional time together create the perfect container for connection, without pressure, expectation, or forced vulnerability.

This isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who you already are.

What Makes the Goddess Retreat Different

Women come into this weekend carrying a lot. Caregiving. Careers. Grief. Transitions. Burnout. Unspoken dreams.

Some arrive loud and outgoing. Others come quiet, cautious, unsure how much of themselves they want to offer. And all of it is welcome.

The Goddess Retreat is not about “fixing” anyone. It’s about creating a space where women feel safe enough to be honest, with themselves and with each other.

Over the course of the weekend, something shifts:

• strangers become friends

• walls soften

• laughter becomes easier

• conversations go deeper

• women feel seen without having to ask

• life forces are recharged

As one attendee from last years retreat shared afterward:

“I came out of this weekend with a better definition of who I am. I may not have been as social or opened up as much, but that’s okay. It’s part of what makes me the woman I am.”

That kind of self-acceptance doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when women are given permission to show up exactly as they are.

Connection Without Comparison

One of the most powerful aspects of the retreat is the absence of competition. Different ages. Different bodies. Different life stages. And yet, no hierarchy.

The shared experience creates something rare: women showing up for women, without expectation of performance or perfection.

Another attendee reflected:

“Some were old friends, some were new friends, and some were strangers. By the end of the weekend we all felt like family.”

That sense of belonging doesn’t disappear when the weekend ends. It carries forward, into daily life, relationships, and the way women see themselves long after they return home.

Why This Matters

Life doesn’t slow down on its own. Connection doesn’t magically appear when we’re exhausted. And women don’t often give themselves permission to be held.

The Goddess Retreat exists because women deserve spaces that are:

• supportive without being overwhelming

• reflective without being heavy

• celebratory without being performative

As another participant put it:

“This weekend was emotional and very much needed. I came back feeling grounded, connected, and reminded of what actually matters.”

That’s the work. That’s the magic. And that’s why this retreat continues.
