Need Your Photos Back By a Specific Date? Here’s How to Request a Rush Delivery

One of the questions I get the most as a photographer is, “Do you know when my photos will be ready?” And I completely understand the excitement, your images are meaningful, emotional, and something you’re deeply looking forward to.

But I also want to gently remind you of something important we went over during your booking:

In the contract you signed, you agreed to “refrain from messaging the Photographer asking for an update on photo delivery because I know she's working as fast as she can.”

This isn’t meant to be harsh, it’s a boundary I created so I can stay fully focused on editing each gallery with the care and artistry it deserves. I work through sessions in the exact order they were photographed, and your full turnaround window is 4–8 weeks unless a rush option is added, and responding to these messages takes away from the time I could be actually editing and returning messages, but your gallery is on the way.

Please also take into consideration that I may be in my busy season, which greatly effects my ability to return a gallery early.

If you ever need your photos by a specific date, whether it’s for a birthday, anniversary, printing deadline, or simply because you’re excited, the best and only way to guarantee a shorter turnaround is to order a rush upgrade.

Below are the available rush options, each designed to fit different timelines and budgets:

✔ 3-Day Rush Delivery — $140Need your gallery almost immediately? This is my fastest option.

✔ 1-Week Rush Delivery — $100 (if you use this option)For timelines that are tight but not urgent-urgent.

✔ 3-Week Rush Delivery — $80Perfect if you want your photos well ahead of the standard 4–8 week window.

✔ 4-Week Rush Delivery — $60Gives you a comfortable buffer without waiting the full timeframe.

✔ 5-Week Rush Delivery — $40A light rush for when you want them slightly sooner.

✔ 6-Week Rush Delivery — $20Just enough of a bump to prioritize your gallery higher in the queue.

These rush options are the return time from the session date, and I need at least 48 hours prior to a due date to have it done by that rush time (Ex. don't order a 1 week rush 6 days after your session)

Once your order is complete, I receive an email confirmation of your order and add your rush to the editing queue, no need to contact me. If you HAVE ordered a rush or we're beyond the expected 8 week turn around time, and you still haven't received your photos, please by all means message me, because technology may have failed us in receiving your final gallery info.

A Quick Reminder About Boundaries ❤️

If you haven’t ordered a rush upgrade and you haven’t reached the 8-week mark, your gallery is still being edited right on schedule. There’s no need to check in, if you haven’t heard from me, your photos are still in the queue.

Messaging for updates doesn’t speed anything up…but rush upgrades absolutely do.
