This is a copy of the contract my clients are required to sign for any photoshoot outside of weddings or special packages.

Contract of Services
All parties must agree to all Terms & Conditions to complete booking.
This agreement, dated today, between the clients and between Selina Kozub, hereinafter referred to as “The Photographer”, and clients, hereinafter referred to as “The Client”, agree as follows:
The Client shall engage the services of The Photographer, for photos on the agreed date at the agreed upon time and location.
The Photographer shall execute the photography services, for the fee stated in this booking. A non-refundable deposit is required at the signing of this contract to reserve a date and time and to commence the work. The contract balance must be paid within 48 hours prior to the date for the photoshoot to commence, and for the Photographer to be at the expected location. Failure to do so can result in a cancelled session. The deposit is non refundable if the Client cancels the engagement, or if appointment is rescheduled more than twice. Deposit is forfeited if client is ten minutes late.
Upgrades and Travel would be additional charges. Please apply appropriate Add-On during the booking process, failure to do so can result in a cancelled session if travel is incorrectly calculated. The Photographer will arrive prior to the scheduled time, and departs after the completion of the paid time. If The Client and The Photographer both arrive early, they may start early and end after the session duration has been reached. The Photographer will dress appropriately and clients will take into consideration The Photographers What To Wear Guide.
In the event that The Photographer is unable to perform the photography due to an unforeseeable cause, including severe weather conditions/fires/acts of nature, she will make every possible arrangement to reschedule to a date that works for all parties. If the services are not performed, The Client will receive a full refund of all pre-paid services. If The Client cancels services with no attempt to reschedule, the deposit will not be returned. Cancellations within 14 calendar days of the date require a new deposit for reschedule.
The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at The Photographer's direction; providing a person to guide The Photographer to desired persons and/or scenes; pre-shoot consultations, etc. The Photographer retains the right to cancel a shoot at anytime if a client fails to communicate effectively. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of The Client's failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation, or due to weather conditions.
Proof photographs shall be delivered to the Client via private online gallery, within 4 weeks, and return time may be effected by the Photographers work load. The Photographer has full and exclusive rights of the way the photographs are taken, choosing the images to edit, editing, systems used to deliver services, and choosing the best location option. The Client is not permitted to cull or view unedited images. The final images delivered by The Photographer will reflect the portfolio of The Photographer. The Client is not permitted to change/filter/re-edit images delivered by The Photographer. If The Client chooses not to select images that were included in their package, or purchase images not included, there is no obligation to The Client, nor is this grounds for a refund.
The Client is not permitted to save the watermarked images.
The Photographer may decline a future booking, cancel an upcoming booking, or choose to not accommodate a reschedule, in which case any paid portion of the services would be refunded. Refunds will be attempted to be refunded to the original payment option, and if that fails, they will be paid back via email transfer. The Photographer may choose to end a booking early if The Photographer is being mistreated, see's mistreatment of other attendee's (including animals) or if The Photographer is feeling threatened, or being verbally or physically assaulted.
If The Photographers equipment is broken or damaged due to The Client or The Client's attendee's of the session, the cost of repair or replacement will be added to the booking balance.
The Photographer retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants The Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which The Client pays. Applicable Law - This contract shall be governed by the laws of the County of Canada in the Province of British Columbia and any applicable Federal law. The Client may use photographs or recordings of The Photographer for their personal use. Likewise, The Client gives permission to The Photographer to use their likeness in photographs or recording for marketing purposes, upon the approval of The Client.
This agreement is valid for the photography services for the place and date stated in the booking. Choosing that you have read and agreed to the terms above is a legal electronic signature, and can be held as such in any court of law.
